Cross Continent Pageant Promotes Culture, Leadership and Drug Awareness

Contestants from several countries gathered in Dublin for a multicultural pageant that combined cultural celebration with an educational message about drug prevention. Twenty-four women from seven countries participated in the programme, which was attended by approximately 450 guests at the Church of Scientology & Community Centre. The pageant was organised by Miss & Mrs Cross Continent Events Ltd., with support from Broccoli Care Ltd. and cooperation from The Truth About Drugs Ireland. Some participants completed all fourteen educational modules, demonstrating that their preparation went beyond the traditional pageant format.
